A bagel bar party is the easiest way to serve breakfast or brunch for a crowd. Save your energy for the party by prepping the night before! Easy, no cooking required, and lots of fun.

A bagel bar/grazing table is great for any gathering –Baby and Bridal showers, Birthday parties, Anniversary Bash, Baby Blessing, Farewells, and Homecomings. We had over 50 people attend my son Nixon’s baby blessing,
A bagel bar menu can be as simple or as elaborate as you’d like. With over 15 small children at our event, we kept it very simple.
Bagel Bar Set Up
Creating levels or tiers, with the height in the back is ideal.
- clean and sanitize your serving table
- gather paper towel holders to hold the bagels
- round up platters – preferably tiered or platters with stands (I’ve flipped over bowls and even baking pans to create height, cover them with a nice table cloth or linen)
- kraft paper or a paper table cloth
- a toaster nearby for toasted options
Bagel Bar ingredients
(use them all or just a few)
- Bagels! I kept it simple and ordered 5 dozen from our local Einsteins
- savory and Sweet Shmears and Spreads
- vegan/dairy-free options – hummus or peanut butter
- a variety of jams
- fruit
- meats and cheeses
- smoked salmon
- cooked bacon
- scrambled eggs
- sliced cucumbers
- sliced tomatoes
- capers
Persnickety’s photographic prints added the perfect touch to the tables! Gold frames are from Amazon and of course beautiful same-day prints from Persnickety! Another option, try our press prints + wood photo stands.
Unfortunately, the bagels won’t last long, but the memories and these prints will! I’m excited to add these framed photos of Nixon around our house. They definitely added a personalized touch to his special day.
